The killing of Muammar Gaddafi: NATO uses UN-mandate

It is clear that the International Criminal Court is an instrument in the hands of the so called 'coalition forces'.   The goal is to murder Gaddafi and to cover up the own war crimes (destruction of Libya, killing of Libyan civilians with the hope to demoralize the Libyan resistance, theft of Libyan money and petroleum,)...

23rd March 2011 - Yesterday a war of words erupted between the U.S. and Britain after the U.K. government claimed Muammar Gaddafi is a legitimate target for assassination.
U.K. government officials said killing the Libyan leader would be legal if it prevented civilian deaths as laid out in a U.N. resolution.
But U.S. defence secretary Robert Gates hit back at the suggestion, saying it would be 'unwise' to target the Libyan leader adding cryptically that the bombing campaign should stick to the 'U.N. mandate'.

June 26, 2011 - Admiral Samuel Locklear, commander of the NATO Joint Operations Command in Naples, said on Sunday that the military alliance has recently stepped up attacks to kill Gaddafi, The Telegraph reported.
